We are a young family of 3. Our beautiful little girl, Rylie, was born in May of 2012. At her 2 month well baby check-up we noticed a lot of “birth marks” which caused us to ask some questions. A few more medical appointments later Rylie was officially diagnosed with NF-1 when she was just 6 months old. I February 2014 Rylie was diagnosed with an Optic Nerve Glioma, a tumor affecting the vision in her left eye. Rylie is a strong little girl full of sass and personality. She loved music, books, coloring, and playing with her dog Duke. Thank you for following our journey in finding a cure for NF.
